FAQ

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on transaction volume, number of accounts, business complexity, and level of engagement.

Each service tier includes a defined monthly scope:

  • Foundation (Tier 1) – Up to two accounts and 100 total monthly transactions 
  • Growth (Tier 2) – Up to three accounts and 150 total monthly transactions
  • Strategy (Tier 3) – Up to four accounts and 300 total monthly transactions

Additional volume may require an updated proposal.

Software subscriptions and payroll platform fees are billed separately.

Do you work with businesses outside of Arizona?

Yes. Although we are based in Arizona, we are able to support businesses outside the state depending on their service needs and engagement scope. 

Do you provide tax services?

We do not provide income tax preparation, audit, or attestation services.

We DO assist with sales tax administration and coordinate payroll tax processing through approved platforms. For income tax filings or complex tax matters, we recommend working with a licensed CPA or tax professional.

What software do you support?

We primarily use QuickBooks. If you are using a different accounting system, we're happy to review your current structure and discuss how it supports your business. 

How does "onboarding" work?

Onboarding begins with a discovery consultation to understand your current setup and business needs.

After understanding scope and engagement details, we coordinate secure access to your accounting platforms and establish a clear start timeline. From there, services begin with your selected tier -  and we get to work building structure that supports your growth. 

How often will we communicate?

We’re always happy to answer questions as they come up and aim to respond promptly. Email and text messages are welcome, and calls are available during regular business hours. If you reach out outside of business hours, we’ll follow up as soon as possible.
